Agricultural Activity in Si Racha Gardens | Sustainable living education for children
On May 20, 2022 I was invited to attend the agricultural activity in Si Racha Gardens located close to Pattaya, Thailand. The activity is as a part of Sustainable Living Project managed by Good Shepherd Sisters Thailand
According to the Covid-19 pandemic statistics and projected increased financial needs of the world's population. Aim of Sustainable Living Project is to increase the income for women and children due to the economic crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Every month staff team members together with Sister Piyachat and Sister Apinya visit Si Racha garden to take care of the harvest.
During the visit, we planted fruit trees and taught children how to plant lemongrass and home plants.
