These Terms of Use govern all access to and use of materials within the NEYA Global Knowledge Ecosystem. By accessing, viewing, downloading, or engaging with NEYA Global publications, you agree to comply with these terms.

NEYA Global is a private, single-author knowledge discipline created by Dr. Anna Neya Kazanskaia. All books, articles, teaching papers, frameworks, research outputs, models, and digital publications are protected under international copyright law and constitute proprietary intellectual property.

1. Scope of Use

1.1 Individual Use (Free)

Individuals may freely:

  • read materials for personal academic use
  • cite materials in academic work (in accordance with citation standards)
  • download publicly available documents for personal study
  • reference NEYA Global publications in research, essays, and non-commercial work

Individual use does not include teaching, training, internal distribution, organizational application, or any professional use

1.2 Institutional Use (Licensed)

Any use of NEYA Global materials by an institution, organization, or professional entity requires an active Institutional License

Institutional use includes, but is not limited to:

  • teaching or training
  • organizational leadership development
  • program or system design
  • curriculum development
  • internal distribution
  • uploading to intranets or LMS systems
  • research integration
  • governance or strategic planning

Unauthorized institutional use constitutes copyright infringement.

2. Intellectual Property

All NEYA Global content is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Anna Neya Kazanskaia and is protected under:

  • Berne Convention
  • WIPO Copyright Treaty
  • Thai Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (amended)
  • international digital publication protections
  • DOI-registered metadata and digital records

No rights are transferred through access or download.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are prohibited unless covered by an Institutional License or explicit written permission:

3.1 Teaching & Training

Using NEYA Global materials in:

  • university courses
  • workshops
  • professional training programs
  • paid or unpaid instructional activities

3.2 Internal Distribution

Uploading, sharing, or storing materials in:

  • LMS systems
  • intranets
  • internal libraries
  • shared drives
  • internal repositories
  • team knowledge hubs

3.3 Organizational Use

Using materials for:

  • governance
  • strategy
  • decision-making
  • program design
  • evaluation or assessment
  • operational frameworks

3.4 Modification & Adaptation

  • translating
  • altering
  • restructuring
  • annotating
  • repackaging
  • creating derivative works

3.5 Commercial or Professional Use

Using NEYA Global content within:

  • consulting services
  • organizational development services
  • advising and coaching
  • capacity-building programs
  • institutional products or toolkits

4. Citations and Academic Integrity

Individuals may cite NEYA Global materials in academic work.

Citation must:

  • reference the author: Dr. Anna Neya Kazanskaia
  • include title, year, and NEYA Global Publishing
  • include DOI where applicable

Misrepresentation, misattribution, or implying co-authorship is prohibited.

5. Institutional Licensing Requirement

Any institution or organization that:

  • teaches, trains, or educates others
  • distributes knowledge internally
  • designs programs or systems
  • conducts evaluations or strategic planning
  • maintains internal knowledge repositories

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All NEYA Global materials are provided “as is”.

No warranties, express or implied, are given regarding:

  • completeness
  • suitability
  • accuracy
  • applicability
  • fitness for a particular purpose

Users assume full responsibility for their application and interpretation.

7. Limitation of Liability

NEYA Global and its author shall not be liable for:

  • institutional misapplication
  • operational decisions
  • damages arising from use or misuse
  • loss of profits, programs, or data
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This applies even if advised of potential risks.

8. Termination of Access

NEYA Global reserves the right to:

  • restrict access
  • revoke permissions
  • deny requests
  • block unauthorized institutional use at its sole discretion.

Organizations found in violation will be subject to:

  • license termination
  • financial penalties
  • legal enforcement

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by:

  • international copyright law
  • Thai intellectual property law
  • applicable cross-border digital publication regulations

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction designated by NEYA Global.
