These Terms of Use govern access to and use of materials within the NEYA Global Knowledge Ecosystem. By accessing, viewing, downloading, or otherwise engaging with NEYA Global publications, users agree to comply with these Terms.
NEYA Global materials constitute proprietary intellectual property protected under international copyright law.

1. Scope of Use
1.1 Individual Use (Free)
Individuals may, without restriction:
• read materials for personal academic use
• cite materials in academic work in accordance with standard citation practices
• download publicly available documents for personal study
• reference NEYA Global publications in non-commercial research, essays, and scholarly work
Individual use does not include teaching, training, internal distribution, organizational application, or professional use.
1.2 Institutional Use (Licensed)
Any use of NEYA Global materials by an institution, organization, or professional entity requires an active Institutional License.
Institutional use includes, but is not limited to:
• teaching or training activities
• leadership or professional development
• curriculum, program, or system design
• internal distribution of materials
• uploading content to intranets or LMS platforms
• integration into research, governance, or strategic planning
Use without an Institutional License constitutes copyright infringement.
2. Intellectual Property
All NEYA Global content is protected intellectual property and is governed by:
• the Berne Convention
• the WIPO Copyright Treaty
• the Thai Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (as amended)
• international digital publication protections
• DOI-registered metadata and digital records
Access or download does not transfer ownership or grant any rights beyond those explicitly stated.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Prohibited Uses
Unless covered by an Institutional License or explicit written permission, the following activities are prohibited.
3.1 Teaching and Training
Use of materials in:
• university or academic courses
• workshops or instructional programs
• professional or executive training
• paid or unpaid educational activities
3.2 Internal Distribution
Uploading, sharing, or storing materials within:
• LMS platforms
• intranets or internal libraries
• shared drives or repositories
• team knowledge hubs
3.3 Organizational Use
Application of materials in:
• governance or board processes
• strategic or operational decision-making
• program design or evaluation
• assessment or planning frameworks
3.4 Modification and Adaptation
• translation
• alteration or restructuring
• annotation or repackaging
• creation of derivative works
3.5 Commercial or Professional Use
Use of NEYA Global materials within:
• consulting or advisory services
• organizational development activities
• capacity-building programs
• institutional products, toolkits, or offerings
4. Citations and Academic Integrity
Individuals may cite NEYA Global materials in academic work.
Citations must:
• reference the author: Dr. Anna Neya Kazanskaia
• include the title, year, and NEYA Global Publishing
• include DOI identifiers where applicable
Misrepresentation, misattribution, or implication of co-authorship is not permitted.
5. Institutional Licensing Requirement
Any organization that:
• teaches or trains others
• distributes knowledge internally
• designs programs or systems
• conducts evaluations or strategic planning
• maintains internal knowledge repositories
is required to obtain an Institutional License.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
All NEYA Global materials are provided “as is.”
No warranties are provided regarding:
• completeness
• accuracy
• suitability
• applicability
• fitness for a particular purpose
Users assume full responsibility for interpretation and application.
7. Limitation of Liability
NEYA Global shall not be liable for:
• institutional misapplication
• operational or strategic decisions
• damages arising from use or misuse
• loss of data, programs, or outcomes
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
This applies regardless of prior notice of potential risks.
8. Termination of Access
NEYA Global reserves the right to:
• restrict or revoke access
• deny permissions
• suspend or terminate licenses
• prevent unauthorized institutional use
Organizations found in violation may be subject to license termination, financial penalties, or legal enforcement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by:
• international copyright law
• Thai intellectual property law
• applicable cross-border digital publication regulations
Disputes are subject to jurisdiction as designated by NEYA Global.
