On 22-26 August, 2022, the Talitha Kum Asia Conference was held in pastoral training hall in Bangkok, Thailand. 

Ms. Anna Neya was invited by the Good Shepherd Thailand Sisters to help and support during the presentation of Sr Piyachat Boonmul about the contribution Good Shepherd Thailand made towards preventing and suppressing prostitution. Read the full report here

Talitha Kum is an International Network of Consecrated Life Against Human Trafficking.


Talitha Kum Networks are active in the five continents coordinating the anti-trafficking efforts of 50 inter-congregational networks organized at the national-local level and ten networks that include the joint coordination of several countries at the regional level.

Representatives from 16 countries united to share their knowledge and experience on efforts made towards combating human trafficking. 

 It was a great opportunity to share the best practices, survivors' stories, and efforts made towards the development of communication with police and government officials in Thailand by the Good Shepherd Sisters.
