Abstract

This teaching paper provides a practical worksheet to guide non-profit leaders and teams through the process of crafting or refining their vision and mission statements. The tool is designed to facilitate clarity, alignment, and strategic coherence, ensuring that these foundational statements effectively direct organizational planning and inspire stakeholders. By working through the prompts and exercises, organizations can produce mission and vision statements that are both aspirational and operationally relevant.
