Technology has become a critical enabler of interactive and accessible workshops, expanding opportunities for participation across diverse contexts. This article examines how facilitators can integrate technology into workshops through hybrid and virtual formats, interactive polling and quizzes, and collaborative online tools. Drawing on examples from both high-tech and low-tech environments, it highlights strategies for balancing innovation with accessibility, ensuring participants with limited internet or digital skills remain engaged. The analysis emphasizes the importance of selecting user-friendly tools, providing offline alternatives, and adapting facilitation styles to virtual platforms. Case studies illustrate how SMS-based polls can replace smartphone applications in low-resource settings, while collaborative platforms such as Google Workspace foster teamwork across dispersed groups. Practical recommendations include testing tools in advance, blending online and offline options, and using polls and interactive discussions to sustain engagement. For practitioners, the article provides actionable strategies for leveraging technology effectively; for academics, it situates digital facilitation within broader debates on equity, participation, and the future of learning.
