About the Article

This article explores the evolution, principles, and future directions of digital collaboration tools in non-profit organizations. It traces their historical development from early email systems to integrated platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Trello, and Google Workspace. By analyzing real-time collaboration, asynchronous communication, and cloud-based solutions, the study highlights their significance for overcoming barriers of distance, infrastructure, and capacity in resource-constrained environments. At the same time, it critically assesses challenges such as digital literacy gaps, data security, and low-bandwidth limitations. Future-oriented perspectives, including AI, AR, and VR applications, are considered alongside practical strategies for sustainable adoption. By combining theoretical insights with applied guidance, the article contributes to both academic debates and practical approaches to strengthening non-profit efficiency, inclusivity, and impact.
