About the Article
This article explores the use of technology to enhance collaboration and networking in non-profit organizations. It examines digital tools for internal communication, project management, online communities, CRM systems, virtual meetings, and document collaboration, with attention to solutions suitable for low-connectivity and resource-constrained environments. Case studies from Oxfam, Amnesty International, Habitat for Humanity, Médecins Sans Frontières, and Good Shepherd Phuket Town illustrate practical applications. Findings indicate that strategic adoption of collaboration and networking technologies improves operational efficiency, strengthens partnerships, fosters stakeholder engagement, and extends the reach and impact of non-profit programs.
