Evaluation of learning outcomes is essential for non-profit organizations to ensure training programs achieve their intended impact and demonstrate accountability to stakeholders. This article introduces six practical resources—Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation, ROI Analysis, Performance Metrics, and Focus Groups—that combine digital platforms with conceptual frameworks to provide both quantitative and qualitative insights. A case study of a youth empowerment NGO illustrates how mixed-method evaluation strengthened digital literacy training and informed adaptive program design. By integrating theory with practice, the paper offers accessible, actionable approaches to evaluation in resource-constrained contexts.
