About the Article
Sustaining and growing corporate–non-profit partnerships requires deliberate strategies that balance continuity with innovation. This article examines four key dimensions: sustaining engagement through evaluation and recognition, expanding collaborations across sectors, fostering innovation through new models such as blended finance and co-creation, and leveraging digital technologies for efficiency and impact. Case studies from health, education, and environmental initiatives illustrate how capacity building, milestone celebrations, consortia, innovation labs, and project management tools contribute to long-term resilience. The analysis argues that sustainability is not only about longevity but about adaptability, innovation, and technological integration. For practitioners, it provides actionable strategies to maintain and scale partnerships; for academics, it highlights how governance, innovation, and digital tools shape sustainable cross-sector collaboration.
