Abstract

This teaching paper provides a PEST Analysis Template designed for non-profit organizations to assess Political, Economic, Social, and Technological factors influencing their strategic environment. It serves as a practical tool for environmental scanning, helping leaders anticipate external challenges and opportunities. The template can be applied during strategic planning sessions, risk assessments, and program design processes.
