The Volunteer and Community Engagement Systems module defines how organizations build, coordinate, and sustain volunteer engagement as a structured system rather than a series of isolated activities.

It focuses on how volunteer programs operate across physical and digital environments, how participation is supported through training and inclusion, and how organizations ensure sustainability through legal clarity, evaluation, and wellbeing safeguards.
