Public speaking is a strategic leadership competence that underpins influence, trust, and organizational effectiveness. This article synthesizes a comprehensive framework for executive communication, integrating ten core dimensions: executive presence, persuasive communication, leadership messaging, engaging diverse audiences, crisis communication, vocal delivery, visual aids, rehearsal, authoritative delivery, and continuous improvement. By combining theory with practical strategies, including storytelling, audience segmentation, and resilience under crisis, the article demonstrates how public speaking functions as a developmental process requiring iterative feedback and lifelong learning. Mastery enhances authority, authenticity, and adaptability, empowering leaders to inspire action and drive organizational and societal change.
