Logistics management is a critical yet often underestimated dimension of workshop planning. While content and facilitation determine what participants learn, logistics determine whether learning can take place smoothly and effectively. This article examines the practical and strategic aspects of managing workshop logistics, including venue selection, space setup, time and pacing, and contingency planning for technical issues. It emphasizes that logistical decisions directly influence inclusivity, engagement, and participant satisfaction, particularly in resource-constrained or diverse contexts. Drawing on case examples, the analysis illustrates how community centers serve as accessible venues, how flexible seating arrangements foster collaboration, and how backup strategies such as printed materials can mitigate technology failures. Time management is explored as a balancing act between structure and flexibility, with attention to cultural norms and participant needs. The discussion positions logistics not merely as operational support but as a core component of workshop effectiveness, underscoring its role in shaping environments conducive to learning, interaction, and sustainability.
