About the Article
Effective training delivery determines how well knowledge and skills are absorbed and applied in non-profit contexts. This article examines facilitation skills, learner engagement strategies, and management of group dynamics as key components of successful training. It also analyzes the integration of technology in delivery, from multimedia tools to learning management systems, and emphasizes the importance of virtual adaptation in expanding access. Strategies for overcoming technical barriers in low-resource settings—such as offline resources, mobile-friendly platforms, and local support hubs—are presented. By combining theory and practice, the article provides both scholars and practitioners with actionable approaches to enhance participation, inclusivity, and impact in training programs.
