Cybersecurity is a fundamental organizational capacity for non-profits, which manage sensitive donor, beneficiary, and programmatic data under resource constraints. This article examines cybersecurity resilience as a multidimensional capacity, integrating threat identification, risk assessment, governance, incident response, data protection, and adoption of cloud and remote work technologies. It highlights affordable and adaptable tools, regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA), and the role of organizational culture in sustaining secure practices.
