About the Article

This article examines successful approaches to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) implementation across multiple sectors, including health, education, gender equality, water and sanitation, clean energy, economic inclusion, infrastructure, urban resilience, climate action, and biodiversity. Drawing on emblematic cases such as Gavi’s vaccine alliances, BRAC’s community health systems, Water.org’s microfinance for WASH, SolarAid’s social enterprise model, M-Pesa’s mobile money, and community-based forest management, the analysis distills mechanisms of impact—participatory design, adaptive management, inclusive finance, appropriate technology, and policy coherence. It provides scholars with a comparative lens to theorize institutional arrangements and offers practitioners actionable design principles for replication, scale, and resilience in low-income contexts.

Key Topics

  • Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  • Cross-sector implementation
