Capacity building has emerged as a central concern for the sustainability and long-term effectiveness of non-profit organizations. Defined as the process of developing and strengthening organizational skills, structures, and resources, capacity building provides the foundation for sustainable growth, efficient resource management, and resilient service delivery.
