Abstract

This framework maps the interaction between human behaviour, cultural patterns, cognitive biases, and AI system logic to minimise resistance, incompatibility, and behavioural failure during AI deployment. It provides a structured architecture for understanding how humans adapt to AI and how AI must be adapted to human psychological and cultural environments.

The document identifies friction points such as fear of automation, motivational collapse, cultural mismatch, cognitive overload, erosion of trust, and incompatible communication patterns. It introduces the Neya Compatibility Model, which aligns human motivational structures, emotional stability, trust formation, and behavioural predictability with machine behaviour patterns.

Framework components include compatibility indicators, adaptation loops, communication protocols, and stabilisation pathways. It positions compatibility building as a prerequisite phase of AIDA, central for public systems, NGOs, enterprises, and culturally diverse environments.
