Abstract

This founding white paper establishes Neya AI Deployment Architecture (AIDA) as a formal discipline dedicated to clarity-driven, noise-cleaned, structurally coherent integration of artificial intelligence into human systems. AIDA reframes AI deployment not as a technical roll-out but as a systemic architectural process requiring alignment between human cognition, institutional logic, and machine behaviour.

The paper defines the discipline’s conceptual foundations: system clarity, behavioural predictability, preparation of human environments, noise identification, noise isolation, and noise removal. It introduces the principle that AI cannot be deployed into a distorted system without inheriting its distortions; therefore, AIDA positions noise cleaning and system preparation as the mandatory pre-deployment layer.

This document outlines the boundaries of the discipline, its core questions, deployment logic, and its role in safeguarding organisations from incompatibility, failure modes, and misaligned AI behaviour. The paper establishes AIDA as an institutional knowledge field with its own methodologies, frameworks, diagnostic tools, and architectural standards for governments, NGOs, enterprises, educational institutions, and social systems.
