Abstract
This document presents the Neya Deployment Flow Architecture Model, a structured process model describing all phases of AI deployment: pre-clarity, system preparation, noise cleaning, compatibility alignment, controlled introduction, behavioural stabilisation, scaling, and post-deployment governance.
The model maps inputs, outputs, decision gates, transition rules, and structural checkpoints that ensure predictability and safety during AI rollout. It details the temporal logic of deployment, clarifies interdependencies between steps, and defines error-sensitive transition boundaries to prevent premature progression.
The architecture is suitable for governments, NGOs, enterprises, municipalities, educational systems, and social organisations that require a safe, controlled, and clarity-based deployment process rather than experimental or uncontrolled AI adoption.
