NEYA GLOBAL

Institutional Knowledge Architecture & System-Level Disciplines

NEYA Global is an independent intellectual institution founded and architected by Dr. Anna Neya Kazanskaia.

It operates as a structured system of disciplines, architectures, and long-horizon knowledge infrastructures that map, define, and organize the logic of the global non-profit sector and adjacent social-impact systems.

NEYA Global functions not as an authorship practice, but as a formalized knowledge architecture with its own internal disciplines, metadata standards, publishing infrastructure, and system-level governance.

Core Disciplines

NEYA Global is built upon two registered academic disciplines authored and established by Dr. Anna Neya Kazanskaia:

1. Non-Profit Knowledge Architecture (NPKA)

A comprehensive discipline defining the structure, logic, taxonomy, and systemic behavior of the global non-profit sector.

NEA establishes the conceptual, operational, and analytical architecture for governance, leadership, evaluation, ethics, organizational systems, strategy, and social-impact design.

It provides institutions with a coherent, interoperable framework for understanding and designing non-profit systems at scale.

2. AIDA — AI Deployment Architecture

A discipline defining how human systems, metadata environments, institutional structures, and decision architectures must be prepared for AI integration.

AIDA provides clarity standards, noise-removal logic, and systemic preparation principles enabling safe, structured, and transparent AI deployment across organizational and sectoral environments.

Together, NPKA and AIDA establish NEYA Global as a system architecture institute, not a content-producing entity.

Institutional Infrastructure

NEYA Global maintains a multi-layered architecture comprising:

• NEYA Global Publishing

A formal publishing infrastructure producing institutional reports, valuation documents, academic articles, frameworks, and analytical models.

All publications are assigned DOIs through Crossref and form a permanent academic record.

• NEYA Global Journal of Non-Profit Studies

An analytic environment containing more than 1,600 research units, forming one of the largest system-mapped collections in the social-impact sector.

• NEYA Global Knowledge Library

A structured library of more than 1,700 registered knowledge units, including:

  • multi-volume book series
  • academic articles
  • teaching papers
  • frameworks & models
  • disciplinary glossaries
  • sector analyses
  • system architectures
  • institutional reports

These units are systematically indexed, cross-linked, and integrated into a coherent intellectual discipline governed by NEYA Global’s internal architecture protocols.

System-Level Reports and Architecture Documents

NEYA Global maintains an institutional portfolio of high-value system documents, including:

  • Impact & Influence Evaluation Reports
  • Infrastructure Valuation Reports
  • System Resilience & Preservation Strategies
  • NEYA Global Ecosystem Architecture Overviews
  • Access, Licensing & Usage Policies

These documents define the ecosystem’s capital logic, resilience, continuity standards, metadata governance, and institutional footprint across jurisdictions.

Purpose and Institutional Function

NEYA Global provides organizations with:

  • a structured architecture of the entire non-profit system
  • academically rigorous, interoperable, citable resources
  • analytical tools for teaching, research, and system design
  • long-horizon intellectual foundations for governance and strategy
  • clarity frameworks for AI-era institutional adaptation

Its mission is to maintain a clear, reliable, and durable knowledge infrastructure supporting universities, research centers, NGOs, INGOs, philanthropic bodies, government agencies, and social-development institutions.

Academic Indexing and Global Reach

NEYA Global’s materials are indexed and referenced through:

  • DOI (Crossref)
  • Google Scholar
  • NEYA Global Journal of Non-Profit Studies
  • NEYA Global Library
  • ResearchGate
  • Academia.edu

The ecosystem currently includes:

  • 1,700+ registered publications
  • 200+ books, articles, and teaching papers
  • 1,600+ analytic units in the Journal

Founding Architect

Dr. Anna Neya Kazanskaia is the founder, system architect, and disciplinary author behind NEYA Global.

Her work integrates system theory, non-profit architecture, organizational learning, strategic clarity, and applied social-impact research.

All publications within the ecosystem form a single coherent intellectual architecture authored and designed by her.
